Practiceful is practice management for independent health and wellness professionals: scheduling and online booking, client records and intake forms, session notes and treatment plans, invoicing and card payments, a client portal and a practice website. It has no public API — everything is done in the web app by a signed-in person. agents/index.md says what an AI agent can and cannot do; the machine-readable capability list is capabilities.json.
