Get started with Practiceful

Practiceful runs a private-pay practice in one place: scheduling and client self-booking, invoices and superbills, progress notes and treatment plans, intake forms, and a website for the practice. It is used by practice managers, the clinicians (providers) who work in the practice, and the practice's clients.

The path, in order

  1. Is Practiceful right for me? — read the pricing, the feature list, the FAQ, who operates the service and the refund terms before you sign up.
  2. Create your account — Practiceful is onboarding practices by invitation, so request an invitation, then redeem the key you are emailed.
  3. Set up your practice — name your practice, confirm a mobile number, and confirm the timezone you schedule in.
  4. Invite your team — subscribe, invite your clinicians and give them their roles.
  5. Add and book your first client — add a client and book them into a session.
