Running a practice¶
This section is for practice managers: the owner or administrator who sets the practice up and keeps it running. Most of these screens are only available to managers; some, such as forms and leads, are open to other staff as well. For the clinical side of the work, see For clinicians.
- Services — set up what the practice offers, its lengths and prices, which services clients may book themselves, and how strictly clients must onboard.
- Booking links — email a client a link to choose their own time for a service you picked, and withdraw one sent by mistake.
- Billing — raise and send invoices, set deposits and no-show and late-cancellation fees, agree a special rate with one client, and produce superbills.
- Forms — build intake and consent forms, preview them, assign them, and withdraw an assignment.
- Client onboarding — see who has not finished onboarding and send them a reminder.
- Leads — record enquiries, keep contact notes, and move leads through the sales pipeline.
- Analytics — sales, billing, utilization and scheduling reports.
- Website — build, restyle, preview and publish the practice website, and check its Google and Yelp listings.
- Custom domain — serve the practice on your own domain name.
- Practice persona — describe the practice in its own voice, with photos and a starter image.
- Practice settings — your own details, the practice's details and identifiers, what you call clients, a second practice, and taking on the provider role.
